Our history
Barside Prophets are an American alternative rock cover band formed by guitarist Rick Ramsey. The lead vocalist and charismatic front woman for the Prophets is Amber Rivers. After going through a succession of bass players the Barside Prophets finally found the perfect chemistry with Scarlet, who joined the band in first part of 2021. The newest member of the band is Drummer John Curry who brings distinctive drive & energy to the band. The Barside Prophets brings the emotion and sound of the alternative rock/grunge movement back to live music venues all over the Southwest. This band will blow you away!
Our sound
Covering the bands of the 90's including Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Bush, Match Box 20, Blink 182, Third Eye Blind, Concrete Blonde, Radio Head, Fuel, Candlebox, Live, 7 Mary Three, Harvey Danger, Everclear, Green Day, Collective Soul, The Cranberries, Hole, Lit, Stone Temple Pilots, Filter and many more.
